Overview

Smart Events is a predictive AI platform that forecasts ticket sales for artists across any geographic area.

As Product Lead, I owned the full product lifecycle — discovery, model strategy, data pipelines, UX, engineering coordination, and GTM with marketing and sales.

Our goal was to solve a long-standing industry problem:

promoters often book shows blindly, relying on intuition instead of real market data.

The Problem

Promoters struggled with:

• No reliable way to estimate potential ticket sales
• High cancellation and bankruptcy rates from mis-calculated demand
• Marketing spend done without data
• Difficulty comparing multiple cities or venues

The result was inconsistent ROI and operational risk.
